German-Japanese Pianist Caterina Grewe, born in Tokyo in April 1988, started to play the piano at the age of four. She studied with Ilse Laue and Gabriele Wulff at the Hamburg Conservatory, Bernard Roberts at the Chetham’s School of Music, the late Yonty Solomon and Ian Jones at the Royal College of Music (RCM) where she is currently completing her Artist Diploma with Dmitri Alexeev and Professor Vanessa Latarche.
Michael Broadway has made a study of Pianola performance for over thirty years, and has played at the Purcell Room, the Barbican, and Smith Square, as well as broadcasting on Radio 3, Radio 4 and BBC1. Concerts abroad include Rome, Prague, Budapest, and in Venice for La Biennale di Venezia. |
