Tour Groups
Self-guided and Organised Tour Groups (including City of London Guides, Blue Badge Tourist Guides, and other groups/institutes) must be pre-arranged by contacting the church office at least one full week prior to visiting. This is helpful to both you and us, so that you don't arrive to find a service, event, or tour is already taking place. St Lawrence Jewry is an active and living church with many people visiting for prayer or a place of peace, so we ask that all general visitors are respectful of this and keep noise to a minimum when visiting. It costs around £700 per day to keep the church open for general visitors, so we ask that Self-guided and Organised Tour Groups consider offering a donation towards the day-to-day running of the church.
Self-guided and Organised Tour Groups are reminded that 'Sacred Space' (a space for silent prayer and meditiation) takes places every Friday between 12.00 and 1.30pm. We respectfully ask for silence throughout the church during this period.
Evening and weekend visits may be arranged at the discretion of the Guild Vicar, and are only available with a church guide. A fee may be charged. Please contact the church office to enquire.

Notes for visitors
Visitors are politely reminded that during services silence must be observed and photography, video recording, or the use of mobile devices is not permitted.
St. Lawrence Jewry is an active and living place of worship and may occasionally be closed to general visitors if a private service or event is taking place.
Church closures may take place at short notice.
